I have a NAS device and need to recover the lost data.

The Remo Recover software won't be able to detect the NAS device directly through a LAN connection. In order to recover the lost data from NAS device, you need to physically remove the Hard Drives drive from NAS device and connect the hard drive as an external drive to your computer.

Steps to recover the data from NAS:

• Disassemble your NAS device.
• Remove internal hard drives (drive need to be recovered) from the NAS box
• Connect the hard drive to your PC (SATA or USB)
