Hi there! Let me show you how to make the Repaired PST file as your default PST in Microsoft Outlook.

After repairing your PST file using Remo Repair Outlook PST software, you might be thinking it has restored your Outlook.

No! Remo Repair Outlook PST software only repairs the PST file.

You need to make this repaired PST file as your default to restore your Outlook. Let me show how to do that.

Open "Control Panel".

Type "Mail" in this search field to locate the Mail option.

Click on "Mail"

Now, click on "Data Files" button.

Select the Email account which has the corrupted PST file and click on "Open File Location"

Rename the original corrupted PST file as "Outlook Corrupt"

Open the folder where you have saved the Repair PST file.

Copy the repaired PST file and paste it to the default location.

Now, rename the repaired PST file as "Outlook".

Launch Microsoft Outlook.

The Outlook is now restored successfully!
